This document outlines the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply to you as a Winter4D member. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By registering and using the Winter4D platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

The Winter4D platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Winter4D reserves the right to verify any member's eligibility at any time and to take appropriate action if the criteria are not met.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use winter4d's services. Age verification will be carried out during the registration process and upon your first withdrawal. winter4d reserves the right to request a valid identity document (MyKad or passport) for this purpose.
The winter4d platform is intended for users located in Malaysia. Registration and access from overseas may be blocked or restricted in accordance with our current operational policies. The use of a VPN or any other location-masking method to access the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with Winter4D. This includes using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details to register additional accounts. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balance or bonus held within them may be forfeited.
Registering a winter4d account is free of charge and requires no registration fee. However, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are required to provide the following information during registration:
Winter4D reserves the right to request full identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and bank statements. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your withdrawal function.
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your mobile number and email address. Inaccurate information may cause issues during verification and account recovery.
All financial transactions on the winter4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winter4d does not accept foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

If your deposit has not been credited within 10 minutes of a successful payment, please contact our customer support team with proof of payment (a screenshot of the transaction). winter4d is not responsible for delays caused by technical failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
Your Winter4D account holds two separate balance types: Main Balance (real cash available for withdrawal) and Bonus Balance (bonus funds subject to rollover requirements).
Your Main Balance consists of your actual deposits and any winnings that have met the rollover requirements. Funds in your Main Balance may be withdrawn at any time without any additional conditions (subject to minimum withdrawal limits).
The Bonus Balance holds all bonuses and promotional credits received. Funds in the Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the rollover requirements specified for each promotion before any winnings from the Bonus Balance can be transferred to the Main Balance.
An account showing no activity (login or transaction) for 180 consecutive days is considered inactive. winter4d reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of RM5 per month on inactive accounts that carry a balance. Members will be notified by email before any such charge is applied.
Winter4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer, in addition to the general terms outlined here.
Rollover refers to the total amount you must wager using your bonus funds before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before your winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Every bet placed — win or lose — counts toward the rollover calculation.
Bonus abuse is a serious matter and Winter4D takes active steps to detect it. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
Each bonus has a validity period as stated in its respective promotional terms — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date it is credited. Any unused bonus or incomplete rollover after the validity period expires will be automatically forfeited.
Winter4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. For ongoing promotions, reasonable notice will be given to affected members. Changes to promotion terms will not apply retroactively to bonus claims that have already been activated.
The Winter4D VIP Programme offers higher cashback rewards and exclusive privileges to more active members. VIP tier status is calculated based on total deposits accumulated over a rolling 30-day period.
Tier upgrades occur automatically once cumulative deposits meet the eligibility threshold. A VIP tier downgrade may occur if cumulative deposits within a 30-day period fall below the current tier's minimum requirement.
All games offered on the winter4d platform — including live casino, 4D lottery, poker, video slots, and fish shooting games — are subject to their respective game rules available within the platform. The following specific rules apply generally.
All game outcomes are final. Winter4D will not reverse or alter any completed game result unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault on the platform's end that demonstrably affected the outcome.
In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session (such as a player-side internet disconnection), any bets that have been submitted and confirmed by the winter4d server are considered valid and will be settled according to the outcome determined by the system. winter4d is not liable for any losses resulting from disruptions on the player's end.
The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any non-manual method to play on the Winter4D platform is strictly prohibited. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and freezing of all balances.
Collusion between players — including sharing card information at poker tables, manipulating betting outcomes in coordination with others, or any form of conspiracy that disadvantages other players — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and further action.
The Winter4D Sports Betting section covers matches from the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The following additional terms apply specifically to Sports Betting.
Sports betting outcomes are verified against official results from the relevant sports governing body. Unconfirmed results, postponed matches, or cancelled events will be settled in accordance with the standard betting rules stated on the platform.
Live bets placed after the conclusion of the event being wagered on — due to broadcast delays or system latency — will be voided and the stake returned. Winter4D monitors all live bets to ensure the validity of bet timing.
Winter4D reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical errors or data entry mistakes. Affected members will be notified and any impacted balances will be restored.
The security of your Winter4D account is a shared responsibility between you and our platform. Please read the following guidelines and rules carefully.

Continued use of the Winter4D platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the Winter4D platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, with Malaysian courts holding exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of this document is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
